Working in a BMX shop in 1983, set things for a life full of bicycles, from racing on the road in the 90’s, riding mtb trails all over the world, working as a London bike messenger back in the day, managing various high end bicycle workshops and working for Kona and Sram at race events led to Revolve being started back in 2010. An apprenticeship in precision engineering most definitely gave me the skills to work at a high level of quality and understanding of metals.

Over the years, Revolve has worked alongside Cycle Systems Academy, teaching their first courses in pro bike mechanics back in 2010, helping them to gain accreditation by City & Guilds. We taught the St Johns ambulance bicycle paramedics courses, helped set up recycling schemes in Oxford, taught maintenance courses all over the UK and led groups for Ride 25 and as Revolve for organisations across the UK and Europe.

We are linked with The Track, a mountain bike and BMX park in Portreath, Cornwall and also offer a mobile service. We can provide event and race support and work onsite for local government, corporates and charities who wish to provide a service to their employees.

Revolve was created to build bicycles to the highest level and fix them to work as originally intended and customise to fit the specifics of each rider. We are all different in what we feel!

Whether it is a full sus enduro bike, a carbon TT bike with Di2 or a 1980’s 531 drop bar classic with Campag, we have the experience to help. Primarily we aim to offer expert professional advice and service to encourage cycling at all levels, for the benefit of the individual, group, team, organisation and above all the environment.
